hello to everbody. My name is Danny and i am a student who likes technology. However, as most people may be aware of, technology has got its goods and bads.
A century ago no one could correspond with one another over long distances in just five minutes; no one could ever be operated of a heart organ, no one could even fly from cities to cities. Technology has brought us many facilities we could use in order to make our lives better off. With the invention of planes, phones, computers, websites and their ameliorations, we are now in the world of 3D TV and cinemas, a world of IPod and Itouchs entertaining people at any moment they want.
Technology when it brought us development, it took away some features of our lives. Take a look around the world, Pornographic web sites are spread over the net everywhere; a lot of children and young people are accessing those sites and watch those kinds of movies. Everyone is free of his or her moves, but we all know that it has got psychological effects. Not only that it impact us psychologically but technology has impacted us even socially. With the surge of internet, direct interactions between people are dying out. People prefer now to stay on the computer instead of being around a bush fire and talking in family and friends.
In conclusion technology impacted positively and negatively on our everyday lives. The ultimate goal that every one of us should try to achieve is to chose select the technological features to include in his or her life. I will be talking about some issues and ethics of technology in my blog. Please feel free to add a comment on what your understand in order to share some ideas together.

htat's right,,,!especially that interactions between people. there are dying because of the computers's psychological effects.
As you said, technology has its good and bad sides.
The good side of it is that it reduces distances between people around the world. We live in a period of time with speed of everything. There is that book written by Thomas Freeman "The world is flat" He talks about technology and its impact on the world. YOu should check some of his videos online. You mentioned the issue of ethics and technology. That's a pretty sensitive topic which need a lot of reflection. Technology changed customs, habits and even ethical values that people share. We need to talk in depth about that topic.
When you talk about technology, I see myself in my class of International Business.
In the class, we mentioned one positive aspect of advanced technology in the workplace. In his video, T Freeman told about that. Technology brought people together and eliminated hierarchy in the workplace. For instance, an chief of a service will need the participation of the entire service in some decisions because, with technology, people have aquired advenced knowledge in many things,which makes them able to direct and to make good decisions at any level. I don't know whether what I am saying makes sense, but if you see the video, you'll get a better understanding of the topic.
yep and just as technology developed the business world it did the same with the engineering and medical and biological fields. see today the maize that we use in our plantations, they are F1 seeds ans those seeds were produced by biotechnology if i am not mistaken. see today how technology has revolutionized the chemical world and vice versa. Look at pour cameras, TVs, computers, and so on they are getting better each day, some rockets are sent in space all this because of technology. We can thank you to technology for all these things.
And just as it is technology has got some ethical issues in the world and as you may see now blogs exist thanks to technology; however anything that one posts online has to meet ethical values and there are just so many different ethical values around the world today. So we are trapped in a dilemma right there. The point i am trying to highlight is that with the many beliefs about ethics an technology today,it is a rather difficult task to point out which is right or wrong since now none wants to be given a moral lesson.
